3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are based on property size, service type, and materials required.

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Remove obstacles that may interfere with service.

Communicate any special instructions or property restrictions.


5. Liability

SmithStraw LLC is not responsible for pre-existing landscaping issues or damage caused by natural events.

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

We carry insurance for operations, but clients should maintain coverage for unrelated incidents.


6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation.


7. Website Use

All content on smithstrawllc.com is for informational purposes only.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of website content is prohibited.

Website content may be updated at any time without notice.


8. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

SmithStraw LLC offers an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers. By providing your phone number and checking the applicable consent box on our website, you agree to the following:

Program Description: SmithStraw LLC may send text messages related to appointment scheduling, service confirmations, account notifications, reminders, customer feedback and review requests, and (if you separately consent) promotional messages including special offers, discounts, and new service updates.
